Buffalo Wild Wings

I am not one to complain but Will the manager was extremely rude since we walked in the door. Restaurant was empty and he said it’ll be a 10 minute wait if you want to wait or go sit at the bar. We said we’ll wait. Another work grabbed us way before the 10 minutes and it bothered Will the manager for some reason. Came back with food all late and cold, fries came out 10 minutes later, Will the manager brought them out I said this is not right. He mean mugged made rude comments went back and had our waiter bring us our tab before we even asked for it. All cause I said it was bad customer service! Will definitely not eat here again! Alfredo our waiter was very nice and running around doing everyones work! This place needs a better manager

Decided to give BWW another try. I regret it. It definitely is not the same BBW that made them popular over the years. The use of aluminum trays, horrible pricing and service, and downsizing of some meals puts this place closer to a last resort than a viable option for lunch/dinner.

You can't go wrong when visiting BWWs. We had a great time and the food was delicious. 100% recommended. They were running a special and the price was right.

Only issue I had burger and i wanted medium rare and they said only one temperature it was not allowed. It was over cooked for me i would not come back for a burger! If you pay for a burger you should be able to order the temperature you want!

Arrived at about 4:15, didn’t leave until after 6:30. Took an hour and a half to receive our food and all of it was cold. When it was remade, the one of the orders were wrong. Our server was great and drinks came quick. The manager however had a bit of an attitude and was difficult to work with. We don’t usually complain, but we would’ve at least liked our food to be fresh after waiting an hour and a half for it.

Very small portions - high prices

Pick-up time: 5:50, Receipt time 6:27 on a slow night. Absolutely atrocious display of service for a pickup order at this location. I arrived almost ten minutes AFTER my pickup time because I understand that it can sometimes take longer, but over 30 minutes is absurd! I only ever saw 6-8 tables occupied inside, including the bar area. Some of these patrons were seated after my arrival and still received their meals before I received my order. Another group near me also stated it was 30+ minutes past their pickup time and I had to flag down an employee to seat a couple that had been waiting about 15 minutes for a table. Once receiving the food 30+ minutes past pickup, they needed to be respun due to not being extra wet, as ordered. This is a common occurrence for some reason. I always find bare spots on the wings, which I don't believe qualifies as extra wet.

The food was great as usual. Would recommend it. Didn't realize it was a boneless wing special day. That made it nicer! Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: My grandsons love it! Great food for kids!
