Buenos Aires Bakery

This was my childhood spot since I was small. It’s so sad how bad their stuff has gotten. It’s a huge disappointment. I have always driven about two hours to get stuff from here, but after yesterday’s experience, that will be my last visit to this location. Everything that was given to me was either rotten, hard, or not made properly.

I've gotten alfajores here a few times, and they are worse each time I go. The dulce de leche was old and dry. The consistency was almost like caramel. There was a strong synthetic vanilla extract flavor that overpowered everything else. We are one and tossed the rest.

This is the spot if you want to pick up these authentic medialunas and vigilantes. These are awesome Argentinian pastries if you have never tried.

MY FAVORITE ARGENTINEAN BAKERY! Always worth the drive from Brooklyn! Beef and chicken empanadas are the best as well as the sandwiches de migas!

Delicious. Authentic. Terrific Service. Timely and high quality. Nice start to the day and ready for the beach!
