Not only was the bread so hard that I could not bite down on it and break into it with my teeth, there was barely any meat on the sub and the “manager” was incredibly rude over the phone, I will NEVER eat here again, gross. She hung up on me as I was requesting a refund and said they absolutely do not do refunds

Always fire

Ordered the other day food was pretty good. The delivery driver Justin was amazing throughout all the turmoil. Bucks needs more staff like him. They gave boneless instead of bone in wings. I called and they insisted the staff was fairly rude claiming I was lying and had me pay the six dollar difference which I had no problem doing. The manager said I had to give back the boneless wings which is shocking because it was their mistake. The only person who was beyond amazing was the delivery driver and he’s probably the only reason I might consider giving them another chance.
