Incredible Fried Shrimp and Generous portions! The Bucket O’Shrimp food truck is a regular at my workplace, and it is my favorite. I love seafood, and their Shrimp Bucket with fries is delicious. The breading has a cajun taste, and just the right amount of seasoning (not excessively hot) Most importantly, they cook to order so it is always piping hot wheb you get it. The service is friendly, and they have even come out during 2nd & 3rd shifts to serve those folks as well. Highly Recommend.

Experienced their food truck at the Liquid Nation Brewer. Very well done. Most places have greasy batter on their fish, but these folks have got the temperature control down right - perfectly crisp coating.

They're never open......

We just had the 20 piece shrimp bucket and fried lobster tail from the Bucket O' Shrimp food truck. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was seasoned perfectly. Even my picky toddler loved it. The service was excellent too!
