There was only one person attending to customers. She was friendly and great at her job. I got two bubble cocktails. One to have inside and another to go with. Both were delicious and affordable.

Watch out if buying tubs of boba brought two tubs firstly there was a mix up they sent two small tubs instead of large jars ordered this was sorted quickly with no issues but they then sent two jars with only a few days date left this is unfortunate because other experiences going to the store itself have been great my daughter loves it there

Food actually did not arrive at all, it's been 3 hours and they are now closed, frankly, I am disgusted. The customer service is terrible they don't even pick up the phone, and when they do, the hang up immediately after saying hello. Absolutely outrageous I can't even reach them and it's been hours since my order, nothing has arrived and it says its been delivered. This is appaling.

Polite and very patient with customers

Super speedy service from polite staff. We got two delicious vanilla milk teas with lovely soft tapioca pearls and I would 100% recommend!

I recently had a disappointing experience at bubbleology that left me deeply troubled. Discrimination and rudeness should have no place in any establishment, and unfortunately, my visit to this particular bubble tea shop was marred by both. Upon entering the shop, I felt a palpable tension in the air. The employee Agata seemed indifferent and uninterested in serving us, which set an uncomfortable tone from the start. We weren’t greeted when we entered the establishment. In our case, I felt discriminated against as the staff appeared to treat me with less respect and attention compared to other patrons. It was evident that they were favoring certain customers based on their appearance or familiarity, which is absolutely unacceptable in any business. Moreover, the rudeness displayed by the employees was shocking. They not only ignored us but also responded dismissively. The dismissive attitude and condescending tone they used made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Unfortunately, my experience with bubbleology shop left me and my group with a sour taste in our mouths, and I definitely am not returning.

The staff here are always so helpful with giving recommendations and new things to try! Best bubble tea around
