Both of the locations in Columbia are amazing, great service is always they're focus.
Food is 5 but is a little slow. Echoing what others have said, staff is all young and some of them could use some more training in customer service. This was a daily stop during my college days but I have stopped coming due to there being better and nicer options in town.
The little girl at the check was so rude. They have a bunch of kids running the store and you can tell.
I had the Cookies and Cream Snow with boba... And O-M-G was it delish!!! I am a huge cookies and cream fan.... The boba was perfect! Not super chewy but with just the right chewiness and not stale or anything. The best boba tea I've had in a long time! I will be back! My only complaint was that the staff was not very friendly at all (kinda rude actually and acted like she did not want to be there) and the kitchen closed way too early because we were looking forward to getting food too, not just drinks. Next time I guess.... The tasty drink made up for the lack luster staff working....
A pretty decent place, all the tea I’ve gotten from them has tasted great, and the building looks nice and cozy. But I’ve gone in about 10 times now and each time the workers make me feel like I’m the biggest inconvenience to them because I want to order something. Totally unfriendly, no smiles or anything, I don’t even get a thanks when I tip. I’m not really expecting a thank you for tips, but I think it just adds to how poor the customer service skills are. There was only 1 time I’ve been in there where a worker looked even remotely happy to be there and serve me.
I LOVE their fruit teas and popping boba. The rasberry with mango popping boba is my go to. Their Bento boxes are so yummy and I just a crepe for the first time. Do not miss out on something just cause its new! Parking: Easiest parking experience I've had in Columbia. Kid-friendliness: They have games and music for family and friends to just chill and hang out.
