Bubble Tea Express

My food and drink were good. However the girl up front was not very nice. Me and my husband ordered milk tea with lychee jelly and when we got our drinks there was none. When I took it back to let her know the drinks were wrong. She acted like it was an inconvenience and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I can tell she just didn’t care at all. The place was a bit messy floors and tables needed cleaning.

THE STAFF WAS AWESOME TODAY! ESPECIALLY MARIA AND ASHTON. I WAS IN A HURRY SO THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO ACCEPT MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE TO PICK UP. USUALLY DOESNT HAPPEN BUT THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING! SO THANK YOU!

Maria and Shelby were great. We love coming here and we always get confused with the chicken combos and Maria explained it all perfectly! Thanks and we will be back!!

We drove 25 minutes to come back and see Shelby and Maria. Their customer service was so good and they were so Friendly. I definitely recommend this boba store out of any other!

The Boba drink itself is amazing. They need to hire better staff or do more training. They have 2 snotty little teenagers at the register who look at you like trash. I walked in not a single welcome or anything I came up to the register and it was clear that the girl was not gonna say anything it was nothing but blank stares and eye rolling from her….. and the other one behind her as well. I understand they are teenagers but come on where are your manners? Just a bad vibe all around when I was there(3rd time) I only go back for the boba. Also this time the store REEKED I couldn’t explain what it was but the scent literally stuck onto my jacket and followed me home.

I think it's dope they have the game shelf in here! I hadn't had boba in a long time so it's pretty unfamiliar and Tiffany helped me pick out some flavors I might like. I've been back a few times now, it's definitely in my rotation

Great place for boba and your favorite bubble tea beverages. This store has the most flavor options with boba, popping boba and jellies. Unlimited amount of flavor combinations with delicious snack pairings such as crispy popcorn chicken fried to order. Vegetarian options: Veggie dumplings, sweet potato fries, tater tots, green beans Kid-friendliness: Fruit flavored smoothies and slushies available for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Side walk access has wheeler chair access.

I'm not sure what to say about this place, My tea was so sweet. You couldn't taste the tea. It just takes like sugar, and the boba was hard. I wouldn't recommend it. If you want good boba, go to SHARE TEA.
