Honestly the staff were lovely, we were served by Chris pratt look alike and he was so funny and kind to us :) will definitely be going again. Plus there are so so many options for drinks as well as an option to customise and create your own drink :)

I go here every time I come into ipswich, the bubble tea is so good! Staff are super friendly and baked goods are yummy too! Definitely recommend :)

The staff were very rushed and so they rushed the cooking of the tapioca pearls - this meant that the pearls were literally raw. They seemed very disorganised and I will not be going again.
