Absolutely vile and didn't follow special instructions as my partner is autistic and sensitive to taste and smell. This has been so off putting and I can't even get I'm contact or get my money back for the disgusting drinks.

They could improve the speed of attending and making the drinks for customers

Great service! Staff were kind and informative. It is quite obvious that they put time into the drinks. Definitely recommend! Will go again!

They got rid of crystal bubbles, so if you don't like tapioca, pudding or popping bubbles in your milk tea, you don't rlly have any more choices, also the taro milk tea is bitty which is extremely off-putting. The boba is also VERY pricey, honestly don't bother with it.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED! I ordered twice from them and they never added any tapioca to any of the drinks. Will never be ordering again! Do not take complaints seriously and do not sort anything out.

Terrible customer service Did not apologise at all being waiting here for 10 minutes for 2 drinks Only to know their machine didnt print the order when we have paid on the self kiosk. The manager laughed it off without a single sorry such as sorry for waiting etc.

I've always found the boba here to taste so watered down and odd the brown sugar boba has a very strange consistency. staff are always super nice though but I recommend other boba places within sheff

It’s trash. Just milk in cup. It’s a joke, calling it bubble tea.
