Unfriendly staff, always closing early and lying they run out of tea every time. If you advertise to be open until 5, don't close at 4.45.

Awful! Ordered peach tea with passion fruit bubbles. Tasted like water! Had to ask for it to be made again and was exactly the same again… won’t be returning! Please don’t waste your money!

Bless the poor lad, stood there doing all the work running around whilst the woman was doing the bare minimum- if that. Stood in the queue over half an hour and the whole time we was there she didn’t make a singular drink she was waving her arms around not doing a single thing. The lad needs some recognition

Visited a couple of times now and the milk teas are lovely and staff knowledgeable. The only thing I'm never happy about is the tapioca not being ready. Once we had to wait 20 minutes and another 40 minutes which was just ridiculous and I refused. My daughter is autistic and loves bubble teas but each time it's a disappointment having to wait. This results in her having a meltdown which isn't good for her mental health. All products should be available when they open and for the rest of the day. And if not a sign should be displayed. Won't be visiting again because it's too much hassle and inconvenience.

Strawberry fruit tea was amazing

Extremely rude staff! I asked them to shake the packed tea as the boba was all clumpy and told her I have carpel tunnel so it would be kind if they can help.. the girl answered no it’s not we know how to do our job.. the boba was clumpy and I couldn’t drink it and it went into the bin.
