Bubble CiTea

I had really bad experience for the last 2 times I visited this store. Completely indifferent servers, would not ask for the customer's preference, instead they just set the order according to their wish. I asked them for no ice dirty milk tea and they charged me 50p extra just for a no ice option. The pricing part is fine, but as for order inquiries, I would suggest a bit more improvement as some customers who come in might not know how to order a bubble tea.

I liked the bubble tea but the staff was very rude and so disappointing. Will not be returning if the middle aged blonde woman is on there.

i liked the bubble tea despite being expensive, but the staff with blonde hair was rude. She would roll her eyes at anything we said and she spoke in a sarcastic and very rude tone. There was no need to be rude to customers. Wouldn’t return with her there.

Not a fan of bubble tea myself however my friends always say great things about this place and their crepe cakes. Wow!!! I’ve had vanilla, Oreo, strawberry and chocolate and they’re just so worth the money!

Tall Asian employee is rude, shame since the rest of the staff were sweet and helpful. Tea is mid at best and the menu is limited and outdated to modern standards of boba. Never coming back due to poor service.

First time I tried bubble tea the other day from this place. I was a bit skeptical at first after seeing the price but after taking my first sip, I was hooked! Completely worth it and staff were lovely too :)
