Good place good vibe

It is just a good place to eat. Service is very good and friendly staff. The food is worth the money.

This place is so good! I ordered takeout and I received every item I ordered. The lady who gave me my food was very friendly and the food tasted so good! I got the boneless wings, fried pickles, a regular burger and the Blu burger. Everything tasted great!

Edit: I'm sitting in Bubbas right now, and I wish we would've gone to Texas Roadhouse! Not only did it an hour to get our food. We had to ask LITERALLY 7 times for napkins. My husband burger was very pink. My son pizza was burned, and we are trying to eat with trash and plates stacked on the table. I asked for mayo on my Philly cheesesteak, and it took forever to get that! I'm so disappointed, and no manager has come by to say anything! The manager came and laughed and fixed the table of ladies behind us and no one ever came over to say how's your food, and currently no one has said is your food okay are you guys okay. We still have plates stacked up while trying to eat! I'm so upset!

If I could rate less I would. Table of 8. Said 35min wait. Checked at 25mins said it would be 30min. more! Was seated at the hour mark at a small booth that we didn't fit at. Ordered food and drinks immediately and asked waitress to move to 2 open booths. She asked manager and was told they were for some one else. We Asked about another large table beside us. They said no it's for a larger group. I explained we don't have elbow room we are packed like sardines and we are a large group go get your manager. Manager said I will find you a new table. As the new table is clearing. Waitress comes over 20mins after we placed order to say they are out of lasagna and wings which was 2 of our orders. We asked where our drinks were and she stated she had not put an order in for drinks she was trying to place a food order! Another 10mins go by not even a water for the kids. The larger table beside had filled at this point and had their appetizers. 1 1/2 hr wait not even a water this business needs better management skills never had I seen a business run so poorly. Left hungy and thirsty it's 6:37pm never going back!!!

Jay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING We went to ale house first. 10 minutes no one there to seat us. Went to Bubbas seated right away and they were busy. Jay was on point. He was friendly funny and informative. He made our night amazing. We hope we did the same. This man should do videos on service. In my 40 yrs I have never seen such an amazing young man do his job and seem to enjoy it. I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise. Keep it up Jay.

I'll just say this, if you're having any doubts about dining here.. get out your head. Our waitress "Yessy" is straight about providing top notch customer service. When they asked, is this your 1st time? LISTEN'nnn, we didn't have 1, but 2 Managers a separate times come over & welcome us. The FOOD: .. I'm DONE & will most definitely be back when I'm in the area‼️

Where to start. Well the other poor reviews are pretty on point. Looking like this restaurant is headed downhill quickly. People dont want to pay good money for mediocre food and slow service. Going out to eat and paying someone else to cook and clean should be less hassle not more! Get your stuff together 33 crew looks like you going to start losing customers to better quality and service! Vegetarian options: Good luck its a burger joint! Dietary restrictions: Dont bother to inform them or try and change menu items it won't go your way! Parking: Big lot but crowded! Kid-friendliness: Its definitely loud with plenty of tvs. Wheelchair accessibility: Its available when not busy!
