The Buba Pho with the Vietnamese Fried Chicken appetizer is one of my favorite meals in Manchester.
Ramen is okay. But it didn't meet my expectations.
I come here basically twice a month, their pho #4 is so good! They even warn customers about the private parking lot charging 24/7 or else towed in ~five minutes.
10/10 best ramen in manchester
I ate here last night and was blown away by the meal. The pork belly baos were life-changing. Everything I tried was so good! Even my vegan husband found food to enjoy. I will be a frequent repeat customer for sure! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options without sparing the flavor.
The ramen was not very good. It was very bland. Then halfway through the flavor paste at the bottom had been agitated enough to make it decent. Would not recommend getting the ramen here. Unsure how the other dishes are though as I've only been once.
Unfortunately tastes very inauthentic. Ingredients needed more seasoning across the board, meats were not marinated long enough, and broth tasted wicked watered down. No options to add to broth either in terms of sauces or pastes. Service was attentive enough (though a bit slow, several tables that came in after us got their food and drink faster), but the ambience and atmosphere was cute and cozy at least. If you have ever had any authentic pho or ramen you'll be disappointed. Also pricey for the portions. Bartender warned us about the parking next door at 30 Lowell, it's a parking scam- gives you no option to pay for parking as machine is "out of order" and the owners of the lot will tow.
