We were established with two primary goals in mind, really fast but great tasting food for people in a hurry paired with our passion for BBQ pork and chicken. We provide a different meat and three menu daily in the ready to eat hot case, showcasing our core meats and trimmings daily. We added the “BBQ” before Cafe because we love to slow cook pork and chicken for those folks that love southern BBQ. These meats are smoked daily, never frozen and reheated, and held at the perfect temperature and humidity for consistent taste and quality.
