Ever wondered about the origins of Brookstreet BBQ? It started in the Great Uptown kitchen of Texas Chicken Rotisserie. As our menu grew, the need for dedicated BBQ locations became apparent. Our first was in Sugar Land, followed by Missouri City and Houston. We're experts in classic hickory wood Bar-B-Q, striving daily to perfect our craft. Our brisket is a crowd-pleaser, along with our smoked turkey and jalapeño sausage.
