Brooks Sri Lankan Tapas

Hands down the best meal i have ever eaten. On top of this the staff and waitresses are exceptional, knowledgable and polite. I eat out a lot and ive never experienced food like this. We will be back!!

All I can say is wow. I am so glad we tried this gorgeous little gem. I have 2 young typical boys and worried how they boys would be in such a lovely looking restaurant but it is such a great place for families. The kids meals are such good quality food and my eldest even enjoyed trying all the tapas dishes we ordered. I can't fault the food at all, every single dish was gorgeous but I would especially recommend the tuna, it was the best tuna I have ever had. We had 3 tapas dishes and a side each and I would say that was perfect for us. All the staff were so welcoming and on the ball, nothing was too much trouble. The toilets were lovely and clean, which I think is always very telling of a restaurant. Definitely one of the best meals we have had in a very very long time and I would most definitely recommend it. We will definitely be going back next time we are in the area.

I can't recommend this place highly enough! It was so delicious we had to order more. The staff were wonderful and I can't wait to come back. If you are vegan there is so much choice too!

Best place for food in Ilkley. Prices match the food, service is welcoming and warm. It's run by a man and his wife and they create a perfect blend of happiness and love into the food and service. Do not miss the tempura prawns!

The choices and quality of food were exceptional. Every element was well cooked and flavoursome.Our hosts were pleasant and helpful. The only issue that we had was that we couldn't try everything as they were all saliva inducing. Will have to return. Plenty of choice for various diets. Dog friendly too.

Amazing food, served beautifully. A really warm cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back.

Is this the best restaurant in Ilkley? It must be up there. Splendid food, lovely service and a very nice atmosphere. The aubergine dish is something else!

Was a snowy night in Ilkley & we didn't want to venture far from where we were staying so just popped round the corner to Brooks for dinner. Wow, great decision. Nice friendly welcome, pleasant & comfortable inside, excellent service from Olivia & most of all, amazing food with some wonderful flavours & textures. All in all, a very nice evening. We will definitely go again next time we are in Ilkley.

Food was absolutely delicious- authentic Sri Lankan food with a twist! Our favourites were the Moratuwa chicken and the wattalappam. The staff were lovely and very attentive. We'll be coming back for sure!
