Brooklyn Pizzeria

We ordered pizza and pasta from Brooklyn Pizzeria through Uber Eats. The wrong order was delivered. But immediately Brooklyn pizzeria called us and made it right. They delivered our correct order and gave us a refund. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I placed an order online for Chicken and added Shrimp for an additional $4.99. I got to pick up food and as soon as I get in the parking lot I get a text saying my order had been canceled. So I go in to ask what the issue was and the cashier tells me that the website did charge me the right amount, which was a lie because it specifically had a add on option for shrimp for extra cost of $4.99. But he was so much of tight azz he just completely canceled my order instead of giving me the option pay the difference when I get there or just taking the hit and gaining thankful customers. I hope this place is shut down for code violation. These are the kind of places I can’t stand. Customers make the business, not the other way around. Do not support this POS establishment.

I did like Brooklyn Pizzeria until last night! I ordered the pasta trio through Grub Hub. Unfortunately what I received was just lasagna and half a roll. I reported to Grub Hub I didn't receive what I ordered and they refunded my money. No big deal, mistakes happen. THEN I receive a phone call from Brooklyn Pizzeria! This guy calls me yelling asking why I canceled my order. I tried explaining to him why. He just kept yelling, cut me off, wouldn't let me talk, and then hung-up on me! They have good food but TERRIBLE customer service!!! So rude!

I've been reviewing this place and checking in on Yelp for months. Just realized I never did a Google review. I love this place. Legit our favorite pizza place now, and so close which is really lucky. We've ordered so many things now, not a single bad one among them (although the chicken aristocrat was just fine). White pizza, alfredo chicken pizza (best white sauce pizza), Brooklyn special pizza (today, best red sauce pizza so far), chicken parmesan, ziti fra diablo (love the pink sauce!!), calzone, cheese garlic bread, chicken rossini (best pasta dish), chicken aristocrat, meat lovers pizza, special white pizza, new yorker pizza, tortellini shrimp alfredo. I list all of these to give an idea that I have actually tried a lot of things on the menu and I'm here to say this is the place. It's solid, it's delicious, and the people are nice as can be.

The Best pizza in this area

I recently had the chance to try out Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst, and while the pizza itself was quite good, the same couldn't be said for their pasta and wings. Let's start with the pizza, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The crust had a perfect crispiness to it, and the amount of sauce was just right. Each bite was a delightful balance of flavors, leaving me wanting more. The pizza truly lived up to its reputation, and I can see why it's a popular choice among locals. Unfortunately, the same level of satisfaction couldn't be found in the pasta dishes. I ordered a plate of pasta, expecting a burst of flavors, but it fell flat. The lack of seasoning left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. The pasta felt like it was missing that extra touch to make it truly enjoyable. Moving on to the wings, I was left disappointed yet again. The wings seemed to be nothing more than your average frozen variety, reminiscent of Tyson's wings. They lacked the unique flavors and crispiness that I had hoped for. It felt like an easy way out for the establishment, and it was a letdown considering the promising start with the pizza. Overall, my experience at Brooklyn Pizza in Hurst was a mixed bag. While the pizza was definitely the star of the show with its perfect sauce-to-crust ratio and crispiness, the pasta and wings failed to impress. If you're solely looking for a satisfying pizza experience, this place might be worth a visit.

Pizza here is great but stay away from their eggplant dishes unless you like to eat tough and chewy eggplant. Tried their rollatini one day and parmigiana another time hoping it was just a fluke but no such luck. They clearly do not understand how to cook eggplant correctly. Had pasta trio and lasagna other times and they are just okay. Stuffed mushrooms are served sitting in a pool of oil.

Cashier complained about no tip when he just handed me a pizza.

We are really picky eaters. The tomato sauce is so delicious. The calzone was so good. The pizza was lovely and thin. The salad was so fresh I didn't even use salad dressing. For such a small kitchen, I was so impressed. I don't really do Google Reviews. We were up the road at the Taproom and decided to go pick up pizza here and will definitely go back. The food was good and the owner and staff work really hard and you can tell from the food. We did pick everything up and it was nice and hot! ANd the salad was so fresh.

Vacationing here and staying in Bedford. Our last night here we ordered in. Spent almost $200 and part of our order didn't make it. Called and the first guy was very unhelpful and rude. Only offering a refund. We wouldn't have ordered it if we wanted a refund. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone coming to this area. Food, otherwise, was good. Customer service, however, was not.
