This is the worst customer service ever i have seen in my life ! They are super mean and for the 3rd time they making my sandwich wrong and when i go back (without eating a bite yet ) to have them make it the right way they open it up and act like i am trying to scam them.!!!!! I will never go back and i will make sure all my friends and family never go there again.

My sandwich was slightly incorrect, however I didn't care at all! The quality of the bagels was excellent and the ingredients were cooked perfectly. Great food, very nice people!!

Love the lox and cream cheese bagel here! Bagels are huge and the service is always quick even when they’re super busy!
