Loved everything about the place, definitely going back...
Well, well, well... Never knew this place existed. For many many years I thought this place was a book store or something like that. My boss brought our crew to eat and pointed out that we would be eating at Brook. So, here is my review: °Food: I ordered the Steak Fajitas, I was hoping that she would ask how I wanted the meat cooked so I could choose medium rare but after she took my order and not asked I figured I would just let it be and see how they are cooking them. The fajitas were awesome. For this being a house classic, I figured it would come with two sides but it does not. It simply comes with a plate of tomato cheese and lettuce. Typically fajitas are served with a side of rice and a side of fries. °Service: service was a bit above average. Our waitress was seasoned and charismatic. She took care of us just as it is expected. °Atmosphere: I don't know what to say about this because the atmosphere was good but the restaurant felt outdated. The decor is from the early 2000's especially the bathrooms. The decor looks worn down. Here are some recommendations: the reception area needs a fresh look. Actually the entire restaurant could use a fresh updated look a bit modern; specially the bathrooms. On the Menu items it would be good if you guys could offer steaks; NY and Ribeye would be an awesome addition to your menu. Thank you for the awesome food!
HUGE servings! Really good food and Morgan was an awesome bartender
Ashlynn was One of the most fantastic servers have ever had anywhere, just honest, funny even when giving bad news and spot on attention. The portions are large, and my chicken fried chicken was tasty.
The food is good but the service was terrible. We were basically forgotten
My wife and I ordered the fried pickles for an app. I had the fish and chips and she had the southwest nachos. The pickles were awesome and the fries were good. That's about where it stops. Unfortunately, the chicken on the nachos had a really funky flavor. They mixed it with some kind of ranch sauce, which we thought was strange. The flavor was not good. The menu stated "beer battered" fish. They fish patties were flat and in a too perfect shape. They were not beer battered. My opinion is that they were frozen patties that were purchased from a food service. Very flat in flavor, too. For the food quality, the price was way too high. The service was okay. Our waitress had a very flat affect. Not very personable. Overall, I would choose somewhere else.
Great food, wonderful service, clean and organized. Try not to go too late tho, my chicken was a tad dry in my wrap.
Huuuge Portions and food was delicious fast and friendly service on a Saturday afternoon
