Britannia Sushi

I loved this place. The food was so much better than all of the expensive fancy sushi restaurants downtown. Great service too! You must try their beef teriyaki, this was by far my favourite I’ve ever had, peppery and such a large serving.

It was a great spot for cheap, decent sushi. The recent price hike makes it worth the drive to get higher quality sushi for the same price now.

Comfortable booths. Rolls are perfect bite size and good ratio of rice to filling. The spicy fried chicken is incredible. Recommended 3 item $17.95 combo: Salmon Maki Edamame Fried Chicken (Miso Soup)

Had such a great experience here yesterday. I think this is my new favourite sushi place on The Drive. First of all, the restaurant is big, so you can often get a seat and get service immediately. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they bring out complementary tea as soon as you sit down. The plates and presentation is beautiful, and the menu has everything you could want. We had salmon sashimi, some rolls and oshi sushi. The food was delicious and came out quickly! The attentive server kept bringing out hot tea and checking on us, very professional. As we left, everyone in the kitchen thanked us for coming in. Definitely will be my go-to sushi place from now on.

What this sushi spot lacked in ambiance, they more than made up for in the food. Fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. We loved everything. Gyozas, Dragon roll, California roll, tempura, all super-tasty.

Great food, excellent service at reasonable prices. It was nice to not feel rushed leaving lots of time for conversation etc.
