We DON'T use gas smokers we use only wood, fire, smoke and meat to prepare our meats for you. We smoke on all oak wood during our smoking process that takes our Angus Beef Briskets up to 31 hours from start to finish...We smoke and cook regional barbecue foods, such as Texas, Carolina, Memphis, Kansas City BBQ & More..
