Idk what’s wrong with their phones I call and they don’t answer, and when they do answer the person taking my order has the worst attitude, definitely would not bother giving them my money again for such disgraceful customer service.
I order my food on the phone for a pickup when I got there I waited 5 mins in line and I got my . I went home and got comfortable to eat , I bite into my food and my sone put it out it have tomatoes I’m very allergic to tomatoes when I looked inside, there was a lot of tomatoes not what I asked on it , I order my food I know how I like my food so I know how to order I called them. I told him they have to. I told him that my order was wrong then I said to them I want a new burger delivered and they told me about 20 minutes to a half an hour I said well I want new fries with it. Also I’ll give you back the fries they told me no because there was nothing wrong with the fries so I’m gonna have a cold fries with a hot burger that didn’t make sense and my food still was not put in right I get this place thumbs down they was rude about taking the food back. Give me my money. I will have to wait until Tuesday to speak to the owner to get my money back, even if I gave them back my food I don’t understand that. Can somebody please make me make sense and this is what the food look like . this is supposed to be a cheeseburger sub. This is the third time I ordered from the place, and I will never order again
Service was on point and the food was good. No complaints here.
I moved to NH and every time I come home to visit I have to have Bridge!!!!!
