Thr ribs were delicious! The staff was very personable and friendly. Our waitress Amy found out that we are from the Midwest and brought us some fried okra to try.

Great atmosphere and good service. Only plus was the macaroni and cheese. The burnt ends just OK. The brisket was dry and had no smoke ring or smoke flavor in the least. Same with chicken, no smoke flavor at all but was moist. Skip if u want bbq

I'm an over the road truck driver and haul meat out of national beef weekly. Whenever possible I make a special trip to Brickhouse to eat. My favorite BBQ in the United States and I've ate BBQ all over.

Great service very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Place was very clean and comfortable. Food was great had turkey burnt ends and sliced brisket, all were awesome. Glad we were able to give it a try. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Good food, good service, reasonable prices. I'll be back. Had the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and southern green beans. Both were excellent.

The IONLY decent place to eat in Liberal. I had several things off the menu, and all were excellent. Great atmosphere and service was very good. Good prices too.
