Brick House Tavern + Tap

The worst dining experience ever. Will not go back. Not impressed at all. We waited 50 minutes to get our dinner after we placed our order. Our waitress was not attentive at all . She was more concerned about the bar area and the customers at the bar then her other customers in the dining room. We had no silverware . Our water had white floating things in it and glasses were dirty. My husband got cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and as shown in the pictures the lettuce wrap was wilted and brown the burger had no condiments on it that was asked to be put on it. The burger and tots were cold. Wasn't about to send it back cause didn't want it put back on the grill and then spit on instead of makingfresh. . Chicken tenders were over cooked and dry fries were cold as well. Also had a hair on the plate. Manager never came around to see how our service was or food.i have posted pictures of the food that was ordered. Will never go back. I don't recommend this business as a place to eat. Tables were sticky. Should be zero stars....

Way too good for Akron lol but it’s my favorite new spot since 2022. 5 stars every time

The tables need refinished. Ours was sticky from being wiped so many times over the years. You could see bubbling where hot plates of food rested over and over again. But food was very good and our server was great!

Seems to be short handed. Price to portion wasn't satisfied with.

My wife and I sat at the bar, Tonai’ D was bartender, she was awesome. Great beer selection. We split a beer battered fish dinner, that was amazing.
