Brewhouse & Kitchen - Southbourne

Best Sunday roast in Bourneo. BTW their in-house Koelsch was the best faux-Koelsch I can remember outside Koeln. BTW2 their berry cheesecake was stellar. Footnote: years ago, I understandably posted a seriously negative review of this B&K. The ?proprietor?/someone replioed that he had hired a new chef + was re-orging the whole op. It seems that he has succeeded.

Comfortable surroundings with a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Cannot comment on food as haven't eaten there yet, but the menu has a good selection to chose from. Nice outdoor seating area at the rear too.

Lovely apartment, spacious with everything you would need.pub downstairs for meals and drinks... The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

I love the Brewhouse, the vibe and the staff and have done for many years. For some reason the cask and tap ales (XPA, Prince Ranjh & Tropical) all tasted absolutely foul when I came in with my kids this week. Admittedly it’s been 3 months since my last visit (I went dry) but I sincerely hope I haven’t lost my palette - I loved hangdog tropical in particular but they all had a chemical taste to them this time round. Will give it another go - hoping it’s just me. Such a great community hub!

Great evening celebrating a friends 50th. We reserved a table ahead and the pub was buzzing, the team were friendly and efficient despite the large numbers of people celebrating Good Friday. The singer was excellent, and we had a really good time, great drinks, jokes with the girls, a bit of a dance, what’s not to love? Thank you team!

As always - very friendly, helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Superb beer - brewed on the premises. Would be 5 star if parking was easier, but the location is otherwise great!

I am never disappointed when I visit the Brew house. It was easy to book a table on line and easy to arrange a larger table. The staff are always friendly, last night a huge thank you to Zoe. The food was delicious and service excellent. Always good value for money. Thank you I will be back

The Southbourne B&K is a great pub to bring your dog! They even have doggie snacks for free!

Hi - I received an email from you about 5 days ago asking for feedback about my last visit. I wasn’t going to leave a negative Google review but instead my email to you was ignored. We came for brunch last Saturday. We had to ask for brunch menus as there were none on any of the tables. It took the chap about 5 minutes to get us a menu. We sat down at a table that was unstable so we moved to the neighbouring table. That table had not been cleaned from the night before. After 30 minutes waiting for our orders I had to ask for a member of staff to check for our food. The waitress came back and said “5 minutes”. It was clear the orders had not been received by the kitchen. There were no other people ordering food as far as we could see and very few customers drinking. The food came 10 minutes later. My order was wrong and actually the food wasn’t great. My sausage was burned and my eggs were almost inedible. We are regulars but Saturday’s service was pretty dreadful. The fact you don’t respond to emails isn’t great either.
