Located in the historic Corktown District of Detroit, Michigan, Brew Detroit operates in a 68,000-square-foot brewery, taproom & kitchen. We at Brew Detroit are proud to source the best local farms and purveyors to provide you with a true farm-to-fork and grain-to-glass experience. All our fresh meats are sourced through locally-raised Black Angus cattle farms, and brought to us via Grand River Butchery, located at Manchester Market in Manchester Michigan. Our baked products and desserts are made fresh for us daily at Grand River Bakery, also located in Manchester Michigan!
