Breezy’s Hamilton

I called to place a take out order of Pancakes and Bacon for my 86 year old daddy. Emily took my order, she so pleasant and helpful. My dad was so happy and enjoyed his awesome breakfast. I frequent the Breezy restaurant myself, great food, good prices, and great service. Thanks Emily. Made my day!

We went here for breakfast. So many crazy good reviews on line lately but we werent impressed. The place was empty at 9 am on a Saturday...usually not a good sign. I had the western omelette. Not much in it. The homefries have a spice on them that I didn't like at all. (It wasnt season salt. We use that at home.)The pancakes had no taste and seemed a bit undercooked. I wonder if they recently got a new cook?Disappointing. The waitress was very nice & attentive. Ppl seem to think this is a new spot.This place has been here for 40 years or more. It was the Bright Spot. We loved it. We were sad to see it go but the inside looks pretty much the same.

We came to Breezys this evening for a family dinner and if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The service was phenomenal, our server and the owner were both lovely people, super friendly and personable, and the food was *delicious*. I had the banquet burger with a side of their garlic aioli, a poutine, and some cherry cheesecake for dessert; a perfect diner meal. Highly recommend.

Great food. Classic retro diner vibe. Plenty of customers coming through the door. This is what Breezys has going for it. I've visited now 6 times because I wanted it to be my go-to place. But my friends and I can no longer justify it. Breezys lacks organization and management support for their workers. During every visit every part of the service has been delayed - seating, drinks, food, getting checked up on, cashing out - all delayed. And it didn't matter if it was a weekend full house or a slow weekday with 6 staggered tables. On 3 occasions yelling can be clearly heard from management. In my experience we have been apologized to every single visit because of delays and it is not uncommon to hear these apologies to other customers. Waitresses are friendly, and polite and appear to be trying hard but regardless if they are more or less staffed the delay in service remains. Wheelchair accessibility: Washroom is downstairs

We keep giving this place a chance but they just can't figure out the service part. Every time we dine here we hear yelling from staff to staff and customers complaining about how long it takes to get food. It's a shame because the food is pretty good, but the place can be empty or packed and yet it's somehow always an hour wait for food.

Always good service and food can never complain about this place, highly recommend.

Was in town for the solar eclipse and they were busy but still maintained very friendly and quick service. Food was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Since Breezy’s now offers dinner during the week, we decided to give it a try. We already know the breakfasts are great value for money and portion are very generous. Well it turns out, so are the dinners! Prices are very reasonable, especially since everything you order is made from scratch (no frozen reheated stuff here!). We’ve been a few times for dinner now and everything has been exceptional. We need to spread the world about this gem, people! Also, the owners always come to see us to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Highly recommend Breezy’s, well worth the drive over from anywhere in the city or beyond!!!
