Love the burritos here - so tasty every time, and almost always very quick service!

The food was stale. The ingredients were cold and tasteless. The burrito is by far the worst I have ever had. The taco shells were stale and tasteless. I was also refused a refund. Left extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

Used to be great value and give a lot of food. Now paying the same but they have been really tight on everything recently

Burrito was fine, but items missing off the order. Ubereats refunded the missing item, but those items missing were used as an incentive for a larger order.

Don't give you the orders you paid for but happily charge you for it. Maybe they just don't look at the order or don't care.

Popped in after uni, ordered a large burrito, it was so overfilled it couldn’t be wrapped properly. They had run out of most things to fulfil online orders so had to settle for beef chilli which seemed fine. One person serving at a time so had quite a bit of a wait. It was the most grim textured chilli I’ve ever eaten, I’m not even sure it was beef, resembled no texture to beef and was so incredibly spicy and odd I couldn’t eat it. No sour cream so garlic Mayo was used as a substitution ? The prep counter was a MESS !! Dried up meat fillings allover the lids. Same spoon was used for different meat fillings so had to question whether they were contaminating vegetarian fillings. The salads and other fillings were fresh but nothing spectacular. I got to a table and it was filthy , not a single table was clean or looked like it had been cleaned for a few hours . The dining area was full of people’s empty food containers, wrappers and napkins on the floor etc. As I mentioned before the burrito was so poorly wrapped and overfilled that it fell apart when I went to eat it. Tried to salvage with a fork but the chilli was so overly spicy and strange it went straight in the bin. Chips and salsa were awful, salsa had a really odd flavour. Wouldn’t go here again. I know it’s a busy student place but take the time and clean your work stations and tables so people have somewhere hygienic to eat.

Food grim. Pulled pork was the texture of caned tuna and saltier than the sea. The flavored rice had no flavour. Staff lovely.
