We enjoyed a family gathering and delicious food!

The seasoning on the entree all tasted the same. We went on Friday January 19th when the temps were 25 below zero and they sat our group by the entry. All of us were cold and all of our food didn't stay hot. There were other open spots away from the entry to sit our group of 5. We spent a lot of money on appetizers, beverages and food a lil over $300. The noise was so LOUD we couldn't hear each other. Investing some kind of sound absorbing or distribution construction would be money well spent. The only positive experience was the waitress she was very pleasant and checked on us frequently.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile. Since COVID, my wife and I have noticed a severe downturn in service at restaurants. However, I have to say that Brazen Head is an exception. The staff is friendly, they cover for one another when it's busy and they seem to genuinely care that their patron's have good experience. This has been the case on several occasions we have gone there.

This was my first time and I will be many more times. Loved it! Awesome food! Awesome Drinks! Awesome Atmosphere! Awesome Service! My new favorite restaurant!
