The service and food here are mediocre it is what you order now more no less. The vibes are perfectly and exactly average incarnate. Imagine an okay Italian restaurant that is this place. Come here if your other option is olive garden otherwise, come here to experience the universal reference for "meh". This is average to the point of being a liminal space. This is default font "Italian restaurant" when you walk in you are thrust into the headspace of a divorced dad in the 80s. The equivalent of static snow in the screen of the universe. I ordered the chicken Parm. 5/10
Fresh and flavorful foods. Bravo is a chain restaurant I first experienced in West Des Moines, Iowa. I like that location the lot and was excited to see this come to the Omaha metropolitan area. So far I have not been disappointed with either the food or the service. They are located in the Village Pointe outdoor shopping mall. There is outside seating in case the weather is nice and you feel like dining al fresco. The interior is a modern , pseudo Italian style decor. I like the fact that the offer their customers free Wi-Fi. It's becoming more and more essential. The bar is large and there is usually one to two bartenders serving depending upon the busyness of the service. They are tables and booths in the dining room which has a large bank of windows facing the south and west. Food is a blend of classic Italian and modern Italian styles with specials that change depending upon the season. Last night I had the lasagne bolognaise and it came as a large piece that could easily have been a meal for two or three people. My immediate inclination was to cut it in half and save it for later, but it was so good that I ate it all. They serve small portions of freshly made bread with and olive oil that is very good and will fill you up if you're not careful. There are a good selection of wines as well as mixed drinks and they serve Pepsi products for soft drinks. Desserts have always been a favorite of mine as I used to be a baker. They are inviting with style and presentation of the desserts and The Taste is very good. I especially like the cannoli crumble. The cannolis are great. Prices are pretty reasonable. This large piece of lasagna I got last night was $17 and change. If you are a member of their frequent visitor Club there are specials and price discounts that will come up by either showing your car door telling them that you are a member and then looking up your phone number. Bravo! Cucina Italiana is one of the best of the chain restaurants and I recommend it highly. Vegetarian options: Good choices Parking: In Village Pointe. South side. Kid-friendliness: Kids can color on the white table cloth coverings
The food was okay, but I've had better at Olive Garden. Customer service could've been better. Our waiter was busy cleaning, so he forgot to come to the table on our arrival. The atmosphere was great.
The server recommended a salad which was the best I've ever had.
We waited for our salads then immediately after the excuse that the salad lady took along time making them, then our hot food came out. Not how we like to enjoy a relaxing lunch. What should of happened is the staff should of asked if we wanted our food instead of just bringing it out. Need to time service better
Great customer service. Everyone is so nice. Manager frequently checked on us. Food was not bad. Noodles need to be cooked for longer and chefs definitely need to provide more sauce. Also, tried the crème brûlée and chocolate dessert 2/5 for both.
Had a fabulous Valentine's Day dinner. Where's my first time. Will definitely be back.
Amazing dinner experience tonight with Caleb as our server. He is outstanding. Very attentive and kind with great recommendations for the menu. We got the meatballs and calamari for an appetizer. They were both delicious but the meatballs were our favorite. For dinner we had the lasagna and the Fra Diavlo. Both were huge portions and very tasty and if you like spicy get the Fra Diavlo. Thank you again Caleb for making our night. We will be back soon. :)
