My strawberry malt was delicious. So often, I get a malt with very little malt, more like a milkshake, really. This one was perfect!

Went through drive up and asked for no jalapeño on burger twice. The gentleman confirmed order. Paid, came home and there were jalapeños on the burger..gross...otherwise Braums is usually good. Employees were very friendly and the food tastes great ..without jalapeños!

Food was as per usual, service was slow, however the store walls, ceiling, and all vents were FILTHY! They were all filled with dust, dirt, and lint, which fell onto the customers sitting or standing under or near them!

You can never go wrong with tasty ice cream.

So the lady at the register messed up on the order and did not even offer to make it right. Now I have to wait for two days for a refund and nothing to eat.
