Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Extremely rude drive thru service, took 8 minutes to take my order than yelled at me to wait a moment.

The Braums on 71st near hwy 169 was recently remodeled. Their little general store has a bigger selection and stays well stocked! Excellent beef cuts of meat and great price on chicken breast. On the Restaurant side of life their Burgers and Milk shakes are great and I've never had an issue with the staff while dinning inside the Restaurant. The drive thru is usually busy. (So don't be in a rush.) Vegetarian options: This place is alright for vegetarian options, however if you are vegan and picky about mixing of a pig, cow or chicken you may want to scurry on down the road. Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, it is a fast food burger joint with no real healthy options. Lots of dairy, lots of cows a lot of fried food. The burgers are excellent, not very greasy, cooked just right. If you are on a diet you might want to visit their little general store buy some meat from the cooler and scurry on home to cook your healthy meal. They have avocados along with some other fruits and vegetables. Amy's frozen meals if you don't know how to cook. Kid-friendliness: It's a burger joint. There is ice cream here. Most kids like ice cream. Braums does offer kids meals.

We love their breakfast items, especially the biscuits covered in a ton of delicious gravy! For lunch, I usually get their spicy chicken filet sandwich. But we're there most of the time for groceries. A gallon of their A2 milk seems to last longer in our fridge than other brands. And, both their delicious ice cream and their milk are regularly on a 2 for 1 sale! If we buy 2 gallons of milk on sale, we just share one with a neighbor.

How was my experience with Braums, Google asks. Well Google, no complaints whatsoever. Delicious well rounded food and grocery across the board. As normal, in most locations. It's a busy location too. Special note to the bacon cheeseburger s and the $1.25 sausage biscuits.

The workers were absolutely horrible they looked under staffed and completely ignored me and other customers. I placed my order on the fastfood side first then went to go get milk which was completely shopped out but they had some backed stocked but failed to keep it stocked to where customers could get it then it took them 20 mins just to ring me up and after that my food on the fast food side still wasn't ready. Completely absolutely dissatisfied. They threw my food in a bag. It was cold and sloppy. I will not be back to that store that's for sure!
