Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Went for breakfast at the Sunshine location. Ordered a breakfast burrito combo and had to wait over 10 mins to get my food. Even though at the time I ordered there were no cars in the drive through and I was the only customer in the store. The girls working were too busy talking about there issues to get my food. After standing at the counter the girl realized my burrito was still in the microwave! My food was cold and the burrito was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and will never come here again! Store needs a manager that is less worried about talking and maybe more concerned about people waiting for their food. She just talks bad about the store while I’m still sitting here writing this review.

Horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and the girl handing food out didn't say one word to me and slammed the window shut. I had to knock on the window to get her attention so I could ask for a spoon. She gave me a dirty look, handed me a spoon and slammed the window shut again.
