Good food good people, A bit loud is hard to have a conversation
Gluten free labelled options are nice. Fries do have cross contamination risk that they warn you about.
The food here is great, but unfortunately the service is shockingly poor. The waitresses both times we went there were rude and insensitive. We didn’t order chicken wings and when she brought us chicken wings we told her that we didn’t order but she repeatedly said no you did order it and she was refusing to take it back. I think that is a poor attitude especially we have ordered 8 other items on the menu. Who would order something and refuse to take it? Refusing to accept mistake and keep the customer happy is an indication of poor management in in my opinion. Although the food is great, I won’t recommend this place to anyone, unless you don’t mind to be mistreated.
Fluorescent lighting… screaming children… odd white and black theme?? A sad replacement to the prior Tavern
Loved my brussel sprouts and truffle Mac dinner! Service was very friendly.
The ranking doesn’t give it justice. Having a healthy real food is such a treat in the middle of the ski break. We ordered a wagyu beef burger, cauliflower soup, and crispy Brussels sprouts, all so good! I love that they have a very small pieces of cheese on the top of the crispy Brussels sprouts; and the soup is made separate from the cauliflower and some nuts, so that you can taste the texture, and keep very strong flavor of the soup. Service is also very attractive and friendly! Highly recommend!
Our server, Destiny, was great and our food was pretty good. However, after a change in plans our party size and us asking if we should move back to our original larger table, we were assured our current, smaller table was fine for our patry size. Shorty after our 6th member showing up, the manager Ryan showed up and rudely grabbed the chair our friend was bringing to the table and told us it wasnt acceptable and we were “crowding the lady in the corner”simultaneously making us look like jerks, and having to move our own food to the new table. Ryan seriously needs to take a customer service course or somehow learn how to talk to people respectfuly, especially as a manager in a restaurant at Northstar.
Not sure who the bald white guy with glasses is but we had a party of about 7 people who were trickling in and we asked multiple times if we could move back to the big table after being moved to a smaller one in order to accommodate with a server assuring us we were okay there until ryan mentioned earlier moved us very rudely saying “this isn’t gonna work” making us look very stupid. Don’t recommend coming here unless you feel like being put down by management.
