Botan Ramen n' Bar

One of the best raman places ever. Parking: Parking is on main streets of Everett, cam be difficult some times. Recommend carpooling or planning to walk for a moment.

Pork belly buns are great.

Service isn't the best, but they were busy when I went. Food isn't great either. We ordered ramen, cucumber salad, and pot stickers. The ramen broth was super thick. Cucumber salad didn't have any flavor at all. Pot stickers were good. Went one time when they first opened, and tried them again the other night because a friend suggested it. There's a reason I never went back after the first time.

Make sure you review your charges on the POS machine they use to run your card - the gentleman pre selected a 25% tip prior to handing it back to my partner to pay. Food was okay. Nothing special. The table and reusable chopsticks were sticky. I honestly would not come back here. Overpriced for what they’re serving. Definitely does not taste homemade. But still okay.

Yum! Noodles!

Very good! Some great options here and the tonkotsu combo was so good. The gyoza was perfect and the rice side it came with was so great even as left overs. Would love to come here again. Sorry no picture, it was to great of a time having dinner with family. Oh and the takoyaki were amazing!
