I reserved to see UFC with my friends. Such an amazing atmosphere and service. Their food is amazing especially i loved the mac and cheese. Kritika is a great server. Will definitely come back. Must go

Picked up fettuccine Alfredo from this location and unfortunately, it was wrong. No cajun chicken, no extra spinach. Called in to complain and hopefully get a discount or in store credit for our next order and was refused. They were willing to deliver me a Cajun chicken breast but, I wasn’t going to make my family wait to have dinner for another 40 min while we waited for the chicken. Now, I would not have written a review but over the past couple of years, this is the 3rd time they’ve messed up and only one have they ever offered to compensate me for it. One of the times, the same unapologetic manager I spoke with today (Denise) told me I had an in store credit yet the next time I ordered they had no record of it. It’s too bad but this last time of poor customer service (and I’m not one who calls in all the time looking for handouts and free meals, I pay my own way and have worked in a kitchen before) will be my last time ordering from this location. Subpar food quality, subpar “manager” (I have to say the kids working up front are great and try hard), so I wanted to make others aware of my experience over the years and say, you should probably stay away. Also, I know the state of the world but $30 for a bad fettuccine Alfredo? No thanks. It’s too bad because they lost a customer of this location, of over 20 years because of this.

Atmosphere was good but kids menu was disappointing, the fries and nuggets were very spicy. Kids were left hungry
