The restaurant has a rich assortment of dishes, the staff works quickly and efficiently, my friends and I will gladly visit you again

I am very disappointed with the service we got today. Our server took our order and never really followed up. Didn't bother to ask if everything was okay with our food, if we needed anything else, if we needed refills. We had to keep flagging him down if we needed anything. He kept walking around the restaurant and didn't care to make eye contact. I gave the manager feedback, and he apologized. Do better, kids.

Our waitress, made the wait, the long checks ups worth it. She was extremely apologetic it was very busy, and she was in such good spirits despite having to deal with such hard customers. She was always apologetic and asure us the food was coming. brang the kiddos some nachos to munch on while the food was being prepared

Terrible service, waited 45 minutes just for a drink. Didn't even bother to get food. The worse part is, they didn't even care.

The pizza tastes better than other branches. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was so nice.

Ordered a bottle of wine (pointed at the bottle on the menu), didnt get the correct one. Drank it anyways because it’s a good wine even though it’s more expensive. Ordered two spaghettis for kids, no meatballs, with meat sauce. Got no meat sauce with meatballs, returned the plates, the waitress who served us wasnt our regular waitress, it was some other girl, who looked like a manager. She never smiled, didnt even place the plates in front of us, just dropped the plates at the end of the table for us to distribute them. She argued that we ordered the spaghettis with meatballs, which we didnt. Funny that she argued with us since she wasnt the one who took our order. But she returned the spaghettis and came back with the correct ones. My friend got the Alfredo pizza, there was no sauce on the pizza. On the menu, it clearly says it comes with alfredo sauce. When she told the waitress, she asked if she could at least get some alfredo sauce on the side. Waitress left, other girl that looks like maybe a manager came back with a cup of iced cold alfredo sauce.. who would want cold sauce with their warm pizza? we laughed about it because what else are you supposed to do when the service is this bad!? We left 10% tip, which honestly was waaay too much for the service we received. We’ve never left under 15% tip at a restaurant. These two waitresses deserved 0% in my opinion, and they should find jobs that make them happier.. smile at least. Bathrooms were gross and unsanitary.
