Boston Pizza

Ce dimanche 25 février 2024, nous sommes allés souper. La nourriture était chaude et fraîche. Le plus important, c'est que notre serveur SAMIR (0090) a été très attentif à nos besoins. Mon conjoint et moi étions avec une personne âgée, et Samir a été très chaleureux et serviable à son égard. Merci Samir

Went there yesterday for my husbands birthday we were 17 people and served by Samir He did an amazing job and accommodated everyone perfectly ! I highly recommend him as a server. He asked us frequently If everything was good, served us with a smile and answered all our questions.. quick service and excellent food ! Thank you Samir

Went there a few weeks ago. First off, the portions have shrunk considerably. Also, there were not many people in the restaurant, but it still took them a very long time to bring out our meals. The food was very basic (dry, cold fries and burgers) and the service was not friendly at all. It's not the Boston Pizza experience I remember from years ago.

Food was horrible. I ordered pasta and it was dry and seems a week old. I also ordered a drink and the lemon were molded. I came back home and was sick. NEVER AGAIN.

Food was really slow to come out, half a bottle of oil with salad floating around in it, half the things we wanted they ran out of, bathrooms we're disgusting

Nous sommes allé mon équipe de balle et moi du côté bar de ce Boston Pizza. Belle ambiance avec un match du CH. La bière était en spécial ce qui était raisonable ansi que les pizzas 8 pouces à seulement 10$. Bon service avec un jeune homme sympathique.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Not many things surprise me these days but our visit to Boston Pizza today left me truly speechless. We generally go to BP as a last resort since the food is generally mediocre at best but today was one of those days. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, side of fries for the kids and two beers. I usually order a pint of beer with my meal because it's the cheapest drink on the menu. The beer was flat but I`m not in the habit of returning food so I didn't say anything. The bill came in and my jaw dropped...$18 for a pint of beer...or $36 for two beers before tax and tip!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That's a case of beer at any store that sells beer around here. Even in the most expensive restaurants in Ottawa, a pint of beer is generally no more than about $12-15...what on earth are the managers at BP thinking? I`m sorry but this is pure price gouging and should be absolutely illegal. This is one item you cannot blame on inflation. I buy beer at the store and/or restaurant at least once a week and nowhere have the prices increased by 100%. This is absolute insanity. This is a greedy corporation trying to boost up their profits in an already very tight financial situation and for that I will never spend a single dollar at a BP ever again. Taking advantage of consumers in this despicable way after 3 years of COVID and with everything else going on is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your money and have any common sense - take your business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Boston Pizza.

Pizza croûte de choux-fleur excellente. Salade peu intéressante avec beaucoup de gros morceaux peu goûteux de début de feuilles de laitue. Excellent service! Bonne ambiance. Vegetarian options: Sans viande disponible Dietary restrictions: Sans gluten disponible Parking: En face.
