Boston Pizza

The food was really bad we got chicken tacos and it was cold and not fresh. Also got a salade and it had no taste. All the ingredients wasn’t fresh. The service was long . Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place.

Dommage la serveuse est seul pour servir et accueillir les prix on monter extrêmement et aucun spéciaux sur le midi au lunch. Nous sommes arrivée à 12h30 et reparti à 1h45. Temps quand-même long pour un burger poulet et le buffet midi pas trop appétissant bref je ne sais pas si je vais retourner mais je ne crois pas. Par contre la serveuse est super gentille

Camille is the best server & bartender i’ve ever had. ask for him. Very social and amazing drinks. 10/10 experience bc of him!

Servers were ignoring us for 10 minutes when we walked up to be seated, only two girls working from what we saw and were not busy. We had to go and ask for a seat. They told us we couldn't sit at the restaurant, just at the bar and asked for ID. When asked why we were not able to sit on the other side without alcohol, the server did not answer and said it's "company policy" in a very rude tone. I'm unsure if it was because we are anglophone, that they were refusing to serve us normally. I hope this location loses more business as the staff is extremely unprofessional

Ce restaurant profite de ses clients. Le service était médiocre, nous avons attendus une heure pour avoir les menus. Ensuite, ils ont forcé ma table à donner un pourboire de 20%. Je ne désirais pas laisser de pourboire en raison du service plus que médiocre mais ils ne me laissaient pas partir sans payer un pourboire. C’est complètement honteux et ils croient être justifiés d’imposer un pourboire sans avoir avisé les clients auparavant. Cette pratique est illégale. Une plainte sera déposée à la protection du consommateur. Ce restaurant donne une très mauvaise image à une franchise déjà très bien établie et rend douteuse sa légitimité.

Decent place

Terrible expirence. I went with 4 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday afternoon and waited over 45 minutes for service after being seated. Nobody offered drinks or to take orders So after sitting for 45 we left without ordering and explained to the hostess and manager on the way out that it unacceptable. No apologies were offered, they didn't care at all. Would recommend Mike's on St Joseph instead - ended up there after and they saved the night. This Boston Pizza isn't worth it.
