Boss' Pizza & Chicken

The worst! The dough wasn’t even cooked and all the toppings fell off. It was $50 divided between a large pizza and cheese bread… definitely a disappointment.

Placed order with 50 minute delivery. Hour and a half later they said driver was 7 minutes away. Twenty minutes later, they said they would contact the driver, then hung up on me. Tried calling again and no answer. The food has been good in the past, just don’t get delivery. It is Terrible

I ordered delivery and after about a half hour to 45 minutes of waiting. I called to check in my order. I was told that it was heading out of the door within the next 5-10 minutes. Come about 50 minutes later I still had no food. I call them again and get told that they are just leaving with it. Overall, it took 2 hours to get my food when I ordered while the wait was supposed to be roughly 45 minutes

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Over 2 hour delivery from time of order and ALL food was cold!

Ordered delivery and all 3 items were incorrect.

Plain broasted tiny pieces of chicken no real flavor pizza was tough and chewy for fresh cooked it tasted like gas station pizza that set out all day. Brownie bites tasted bittersweet only thing that made them taste better was the Hershey's chocolate syrup to dip them in.

Everyone is really nice! Their pizza and chicken are amazingly delicious!

Was a delivery order and I did talk to the store a few short black hairs were found on the pizza after talking to the store they offered to remake or give an in store credit for the food and with young children waiting that long is not realistic and after finding hair didn’t really have a desire to eat food from here and being from out of state the credit doesn’t do any good ether. The delivery personnel were friendly even after a miscommunication led them to the wrong hotel, they did end up showing up within a reasonable amount of time even after the miscommunication and I think that that should be commended.

We just stopped in Sioux Falls for the night and ordered from Boss. The delivery person was exceptional and picked up cups from a store for the 2 liter soda we bought from Boss'. What an incredible kindness! This delivery person deserves a ton of appreciation and all the best tips!!
