Boss Hog's Bar-B-Que

The staff was very friendly. OMG the food was delicious and cook and season just right. I got fish with cabbage and string beans with hush puppies.

Boss Hogs is always good. Don't go as much as I used too but when I go, it's never disappointing. Service is slow, but that's cause food is made to order.

We stopped in while passing through town on our way to Charlotte. The whole thing was a sad face experience. Make sure you pre-order bc the service is S.L.O.W. 25 minutes for 2 pork bbq plates. The pork bbq was pretty good which is why the 2 stars at all. The Mac & cheese wasn't edible, it must have been yesterday's. The Cole slaw was pretty decent but the green beans had too much pepper to enjoy them. I'm hoping I caught them at a bad time- I tried once and won't be trying again. For Carolina bbq I had higher hopes.

Very good service and food

The experience for take-out was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I picked up a work order for about 7-8 people and every meal was made with accuracy and was DELICIOUS! I love and appreciate a service that anticipates every need! Just when I wanted hot sauce for my fish, it was in my container, and any other condiment. Lastly, the care of packaging, parchment paper was placed so fries and fish didn't get soggy from my baked beans and to separate my condiments from my food. Needless to say, go and get you some!
