Worse customer care. I placed in my order through skip. And I request to use plant based protein instead of whey protein (coz i am anaphylactic allergy on whey), and i request to mark in to the drinks that I order (4 drinks i total). But when then drinks came, all the drinks weren’t marked which one is plant based. I also says on their receipts I got from Booster juice North gate Winnipeg.And when I called them to inform what happened- the staff kept on arguing with me that they can’t refund me and worse they can’t make a new drink as they only have 10 minutes left before they are closed. But the staff gave me the manager’s name who is Adam and I walked in their store, the manager would not come out of from the back, the staff kept going back and forth coming in and out to the front store to ask more questions. After waiting for 30mins the manager passed the message to the staff to inform me that he will call me. A week later NO F’ng CALL. What a crook!
Girl name Pardeep is very unprofessional . Very bad behaviour. Please teach her how to greet customers
Recently i have visited this booster juice with my faimly and i had a great experience . The smoothy was really amazing as well as your server I think who name was ‘ Pardeep’ provide everything on time and do good job nd she was also very respectful behaviour for my parents.
I had ordered the “nuttin butter” drink to try out. Im allergic to peanut butter so i thought it would be okay. After having 1 sip, i immediately felt a funny feeling in my throat. I know wow butter is peanut free but i explained to them that i felt triggered and had an itchy feeling in my throat. I went back inside to get a new drink knowing it was my fault and willing to pay for another drink but They were nice enough to replace it for me for free!
Service was a little slow and minor mistake, but in general it was good. Would go back for sure.
It cost 8 bucks for a 710 ML smoothie. It taste alright but not for 8 bucks. It also took alot of time Vegetarian options: Smoothies are vegetarian
