Bonefish Grill

We like eating at Bonefish and the food is good! But we were very disappointed in the time it took for someone to acknowledge us at our table. Other tables were served quickly. First issue was I made a reservation so why our table location wasn't known before we got there this was disturbing. Not to mention this was a special occasion. We waited more than 40 minutes before a server name Ebony spoke and said she would take care of us and she apologized. She gave top knotch service hands down!! Had she not come to our table we would have left.

3 different locaton we have visited , goodmenu choices , food was very good & wait staff was freindly & professional.

Our waiter was freaking awesome! Love that guy. We even shared some tuna because he said he had never tried it!

The food was okay nothing to brag about - the asparagus that I pd extra almost $4.00 for were tough - couldn’t eat them. Server didn’t ck back on us until almost finished with meal therefore didn’t return asparagus & went through meal with no refill on tea. Manager never checked on us. I observed waiters/waitresses at kitchen chatting not checking on any tables Restaurant not in the safest area Have no desire to return Parking: Had to park across in mall parking lot- didn’t feel safe
