I have ordered food from this place multiple times and I can't tell you how many times my order gets messed up. They delivered my food and it wasn't my order,. They then s aid they would credit my card back, they never did. I am done with this place!

The sauce on Bon Chon's chicken is tasty, that's for sure. A few years ago, it alone would have made this five stars. But the fact is, even as the prices have gone up (not their fault), the size of the pieces have gotten smaller (their fault), and because these small, thin pieces of chicken are then fried, they're now tough as shoe leather. Still tasty on the outside, now unenjoyable to eat. Parking: Big parking lot shared with the rest of the mall.

picked up an online order and there was initially no one at the host stand when i arrived. there was a shelf with packaged orders near the host stand that i could access, too. i didnt want to snoop around and take my order without permission, but in my defense there was no one around! and my food was sitting right there looking so scrumptious! so i did look at the ticket to check if it was mine (it was), and by that point someone came over to help me. i ordered the sesame ginger salad with fried tofu, and the tteokbokki. loved the dressing on the salad, and the tteokbokki was really spicy with a good amount of cheese. both were really good. next time I'll try the fried chicken. i really like bb.q because they have a rosé tteokbokki, but they are closed on mondays, so bonchon wins this round
