The food was good, but not great. Being completely honest here, the prices were a bit steep for the quality and portion size — a small bowl of a solid C+ chicken biryani was $19.
Fast and caring service. Really good food. Highly recommend the thali.
Only thing I would improve on their spread is change up one of the chicken dishes because they already serve chicken bbq. It’s just too much chicken for our preference. Maybe a different veg option would be great.
The spinach was our favorite followed by the lamb, goat, and lentils. The chickpeas were last.
Chai was a lovely compliment with the dishes.
The food was not good. The curry was seems to be old. The Side Rice was like left overs from other plates - the side rice was mix of Normal Biryani rice, Jeera Rice and Yellow rice …. We did not enjoy the food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Anyone need Indian food, there are better places around DC Capitol building
Been coming here for quite a while and love this place. The food is fresh and delicious and incredibly flavorful. Love the garam garam pakora, paneer masala, and the vindaloo. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive as well. Looking at the people hating on this place makes me think they’re from competing restaurants.
