The best and the most authentic Indian restaurant in the DMV area. I don’t think there’s just one single dish I can recommend - the food their chef cooks is excellence, every item on the menu is amazing and executed to perfection. Food is primarily about taste and ingredients and these people seem to have nailed it for sure! Also the staff is very kind and friendly.
The food was excellent as well as the service. You need to try the samosa and the chana masala.
Love this place! Delicious food, great price, and very friendly staff who give super generous portions.
I have no pictures of this amazing food because I always eat it before I remember to take a picture lol. Everything I’ve tried here is amazing and the staff are all nice! My favorite dishes are the Lamb Tikka Masala and the Chicken Tikka Masala. I usually get it with white basmati rice, and garlic or butter naan. They never disappoint. This is a great option for lunch, conveniently located in the food court in Ballston Quarter Mall. You should definitely check it out. I will try to remember to post picture the next time I go lol.
This place is too amazing. I have tried almost everything on the menu and not a single one has ever disappointed me. For my eat out days I would always prefer to order from Bollywood Bistro. Food and the flavours are authentic. It's definitely worth one try if you are searching for Indian cuisine. It's the hidden gem in Virginia.
Definitely a hidden gem of Indian food in Arlington. I have tried a few of their dishes and really like their food. The Mango lassi is worth having, their breads are delicious and their curries very tasty. If I was to give some criticism it would be that I have requested mild food in the past only to find it spicy, maybe for them it is mild but I have found my mouth burning in a couple of occasions where I requested mild. Other than that, it's a place worth visiting and repeating. Vegetarian options: Vegeterian options in appetizers and mains.
Food was made to order, Lamb Biriani and Samosas, really authentic. Service was pleasant and performed with a smile. Located in a mall sub level, currently under construction, but pleasantly surprised with the great food.
The tandoori chicken was terrible. You get 4 pieces of the smallest bone in chicken parts with effectively no meat on them and like 4 spoonfuls of rice. You can get rice for cheap so the cost of the dish was horrible. The naan and the chicken 65 were decent but I probably wouldn't visit again. There are too many options nearby that are a better value to bother giving a second chance.
