It was very quick,people were very polite and the food was good and hot! Ate it all!! That you! I got the four peice chicken supreme a biscuit and fries...perfect!

Went through the drive through for an order and waited 20 mins outside and the order was wrong. The worker who brought the food out was rude. This is by far the worse Bojangles I’ve ever been to. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This bojangles is absolute garbage for many reasons. I called the drive thru AI the B word this morning jokingly and got yelled at by the employees when I got to the window. I spend about $50-$80 a week at this bojangles but can guarantee you guys I'll never be back 😀 have fun with your dumb robot, it'll eventually take all yalls jobs and honestly then I might come back because the majority of the employees here are rude and ungrateful especially the morning manager whom I'm always friendly with and get nothing but a rude look and silence in return.

Went through window and was told to pull around because they were waiting on chicken to finish. Well 25 minutes later I walk in and they had forgotten about me. They weren’t even busy at the time. One was standing there texting on her phone. Absolutely terrible service.

My grandma has anxiety issues, and when ordering started panicking and had a hard time finishing the order. The employees were extremely patient and understanding, and made sure we were satisfied with our food! Most definitely coming back again!!

My girls like bojangles

I asked for a twelve piece to feed a large group and I paid 27 dollars, ( no sides, just chicken) and they gave me 9 small wings and 3 small legs. The disappointment is real.

They NEVER have chicken ready. Beware of this location the food is always dry and overcooked. It's no wonder they're never have customers. Bojangles corporate need to look into the management here and the quality of food because this location is horrible ! The customer service is just as dry and nasty as the food. The employees are rude and unfriendly . They act as if you coming to order food is interrupting their day. Don't waste your money supporting this location. Zaxby's is down the street and much nicer!

All was good, no complaints. The guy at the window was so courteous. Best I've seen at any Bojangles.

Biscuit was dry and hard. Chicken tenders were dried out. Ice tea was warm, not enough ice. Won't be back.

The best biscuits in the South. If I'm not hungry I'll still stop by and pickup up a couple biscuits to take home for later
