Bites were cooked too hard

The chicken was so overly cooked, the meat under the skin was dried to a wood like consistency. Not edible at all.

Called in an order for work 2 20 peice family meals 2 hours in advance and they said they were too busy to make my order for the whole day😂it’s laughable. I instantly called the one on peeler road and they were happy to oblige and make our order and had no issues whatsoever getting it done by the time it was needed. Never give this bojangles your business they are rude and do not want to work clearly.

sweet tea had no ice they had no ketchup the chicken had some weird white stuff on it the ranch was open and spilling on the box

Stoped by to dine in 10/19/2024 at 3:00 pm. As I was placing my order the lady told me they had no wings and no breast. I said ok then left. Before I could leave and turned around and asked if they have a chicken sandwich she said she did not know told me to hold on as she went back to drive through taking orders and money then she went to the sandwich station and started making orders with no gloves didn’t even washed her hands and that’s when I decided to leave hygiene is very important and not to be taken lightly. I will be reporting this store to Corporate.

The toilet hasn’t been cleaned probably in 5 days and when staff told they asked me to go and have a better day!!

The slowest drive through around. If you plan to come here make sure you allow 20-30 mins to get through

We went inside to order a 12pc tailgate box. Only 5 of us in my family. The cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait for the chicken. We said that was fine but we want the rest of the order now while the chicken is being cooked. For our 3 sides we get rice and two sides of rice. We paid and got two large cups of iced tea that is “equal to” the half gallon of tea because they didn’t have it in the regular plastic half gallon. Next problem, we were told they only have enough of one side of rice so they told us we would have to wait for the other side but it would be ready at the same time the chicken would be. I said fine. I get some smaller cups for the tea and I discover what seems to be a COCKROACH LEG inside the cup. I tell the cashier and she hands me a new cup and told me she would notify management. I also asked for our plates and biscuits which they tried to cheat us on the number of biscuits. We had to go back to get the rest. Then, we wait over 15 minutes for our chicken and rice and we get people in the back saying they “cant find” our chicken. I go to the bathroom while my brother sorts out that problem. In the bathroom I see hair and trash and eyelashes on the floor everywhere. Out in the dining area was the same issue. Lots of overflowing trash in the trash bings and food on the tables and floor. We ended up getting a refund for our food and left. I also found a piece of hair in my dirty rice. I wouldn’t even give this food to the homeless. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

Wouldnt even give it one star. Today was the 2nd time that they messed my order up. Luckily I didn't leave drive thru before checking my bag. Then give me attitude because yall messed up. Yeah not going here anymore🖓🖓🖓 Updating to add that I went back and got a Cajun filet biscuit.. my order was correct, nice service but the Cajun filet wasn’t cooked thoroughly.. and wasn’t crispy tsk tsk Updating my review 2024 this bojangles still sucks. Drive down 85s to the peeler road location if you can and really want bojangles. This location never has anything. And can never seem to get an order correct.
