Can someone please explain why I have to pull forward when there's nobody else in the drive thru behind me. The WHOLE POINT of the timer is so they actually know how long it takes to serve and order. Not so you can just park everyone and make them pull forward when there's nobody else around. Make it make sense.

Ordered in the drive-thru got a 2 breast dinner with double fries and a chicken supreme dinner with fries. Was told to pull forward and wait for fresh fries which I was ok with. Until I waited 30 minutes and saw several cars get there orders while I was still waiting. I eventually ended up going in and the cashier just looked at me with a blank face , I told her I just wanted my order I had been waiting 30 minutes for and she smacks her teeth and said something to the other employees. About 3 minutes later she brings out the food no apologies or anything doesn't even say a word.Terrible experience
