Bojangles

Stopped in for breakfast..Cajun Chicken Biscuit was hot and fresh! Bo Rounds were also hot and fresh! Service was fast and friendly! Restroom was very clean!! Needed this on a rainy morning! Definitely will be back!

Simple order and messed it up. ham and egg minus the egg! Too late and too far to take it back.

Went Bojangles on midlothian on Feb 18. My husband and I love their chicken and sausage and egg biscuit. That what I order each time I go there. Sadly to say thelast time. When I walked in I stood at the register for 5 minutes eas not acknowledged. Them a young lady that was standing by drive thru came over . She took my order played it was on the counter and walked away. I stood there for another 10 minutes, Noone said anything about my order. Young guy came up I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was. I explained my situation. He went over to the drivethru ask the young lady to get my order. Their customer service is terrible.
